I booked a hydrating facial with Tara and had the best experience from the start - greeted by a wonderful lady on the front desk, plus the atmosphere of the salon was exceptional - warm and friendly. Was shown into a warm treatment room by Tara where we discussed the right facial treatment for my skin and what I felt I needed .. very relaxing and comfortable room - nothing was rushed and Tara?s knowledge of treatments and products was amazing- thank you I will be back ..

Visited here for an eyebrow wax because I didn't have time to go to my usual salon so I thought I give the local place a try, wish I never went the girl didn't even ask me at the end if I was happy with them? just assumed I would like it, not very attentive to the customer in my opinion this is what happens when you employ bunch of school girl to come work for you and the level of professionalism goes out the window. The eyebrows did not match on the corners and there was still small hairs left in the middle of my eyebrows, so what exaclty am I paying you for? Anyway I would never comeback here again and funnily enough this place charged me more than my salon in central London.Service: Eyebrow shaping
