What lovely barista?s you have now, nothing is to much trouble , lovely young lady brought over my drink to me ( Millie) , what a lovely girl , so polite and cheerful, also Anya made me a superb cappuccino, perfect. Such a joy coming in to a lovely shop with happy faces.

When i came into the store it was very clean and before the staff too my order they asked how my day had been going which made me feel very welcome also when i received my order my coffee was nice and fresh. My overall experience in the store was wonderful and would recommend going there for a lovely coffee or tea.

I went in today for a treat and got a tall decaf mocha frappuccino- i was very disappointed. Not only did the barista get my order wrong forgetting to make it a mocha, i had to ask him to add more ice because it was so liquidy imo it didn?t even classify as a frap. i payed £4.45 and the coffee taste was non existent as well. added double whipped cream as well when i asked for only a little. didn?t even finish my drink.

Visited today during a Sunday stroll as a family of four. Very disappointed with our visit. This branch was filthy! Sticky tables scattered with crumbs. Stained chair upholstery. Patches of stickiness and wet puddles over the floor, so nowhere to put bags. Even the pillars were covered in dried coffee drips.The drinks were fine but served in big paper cups, even though we were eating in - I don?t know if it?s an option in Starbucks to have proper cups?The staff seemed a little impatient on taking our order. Our toddler was served a scalding hot babycino, which even after 15 mins was still too hot. The chocolate wafer straws were all broken - this can be a real day-wrecker for a 2-3 year old!Toilets were a state with no paper - again very difficult for parents with small kids.To top it off, a child on the next table announced their dog had pooed on the floor. I?m hopeful the owners cleared it up but am certain this place likely only gets a rough wipe over after closing.This has put me off all Starbucks to be honest.

I love Starbucks Epping! The new team is doing a wonderful job. The old staff members are also brilliant.They always remember my order, and it's so dog-friendly - they're super kind to my furry friend. Highly recommended!

Not sure what's happened to this place, but the last couple of times I've been in here it's been absolutely filthy! Old split milk and coffee all over the bottom of tables and grubby chairs etc. I could smell the urine coming from the toilet whilst I was waiting for my drink - god knows when that was last cleaned! The guy making our drink kept rubbing his nose and sniffling and then handed us our drinks with the same hand fully over the lids and mouth opening's - vile! If this is what they are happy for customers to see, can you imagine what we don't see?! It's really gone downhill the last few months for some reason, and I won't be returning. Also (not as important as the hygiene issues) but the shop used to have fun seasonal decorations and signage, the staff always seemed to be happy. It is bleak now in comparison.
