Good location , and easy to find. Has been completely overhauled recently. Everything is nice and new . Now includes electric charge points. The staff are polite . The shop stocks a nice range of food and accessories.
For all these people complaining about abridge being cheaper , shell is not forcing you to come to Epping ! If you want to waste almost half hour traveling to and from a cramped excessively busy shell garage then away you go...

The mark up on the price of fuel here and at the Wake Arms is disgusting, especially considering the shell in abridge is charging an entire 10 pence less per litre. I know they have their excuses, overheads etc, but it is unacceptable and they shouldn?t be able to get away with it. Refuse to purchase fuel from here.

Customer service was great feom the lady. The toilets were filthy.You would think you're paying top money for fuel, yiu have to pay for water and air and they leave you with toilets worse than some prisons in the world.

Rip off fuel. 1.61 for V power here, its 1.41 for V power 5 miles away in abridge. 20p per litre more? Really?

Just called to see if they sell power steering fluid. The lady said she's not sure and hung up. Unbelievably rude! I wont go to shell again. Don't go here, plus the petrol station around the corner sell much cheaper petrol.
