So important this stays open for people. Natwest will rightly lose customers if it doesn't. Staff always helpful and go out of their way for people.

It’s hardly ever open so it might as well be closed permanently. During pandemic it was hardly open but you can understand that given extraordinary circumstances. Today I went there at 11:50am and was told the branch will be closed for an hour or so. Seriously why bother at all.
