Can't recommend the staff at this branch highly enough.Had a complicated problem. Kim couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it out with great patience. Angie at Nationwide was so helpful and kind at the Epping branch today. She spend a considerable time sorting out a mix up with a Savings Account. Very grateful. So lovely to have a physical Bank in Epping.
