My 72 year old mum filled up with fuel and then realised at the cash desk that she'd left her bank card at home he offered NO HELP AT ALL.When I got there I ask if he was aware of the INABILITY TO PAY FORMHE SEID HE IS FULL AWARE OF THE PROCEDURES FOR THIS SITUATION BUT BECAUSE MY MUM NEVER ASK FOR A INABILITY TO PAY FORM he NEVER OFFERED ????????
