Terrible experience! We ordered our grass over two months ago after visiting the Romford store and speaking to the staff there. The staff assured us we would receive our grass within a few weeks as it?s in stock. Every grass we liked we were told that may take over a month so we settled on one which would be ready sooner rather than later.
Once the order was placed, was when the delivery game started.
As soon as it was ordered we were told there would be a months delay which we said was fine as our garden was still being worked on. After month, one excuse after another would come along.
After TWO AND A HALF WHOLE MONTHS we are still without grass. We were told delivery will on a certain day.. the day came no news. Then told it?ll come 2 days later.. again the day came, no news.
Head office wouldn?t help as they ?don't deal with in store orders?. I mean you?re one company, you should be dealing with everything that goes on within your stores!
When we finally get to someone who actually tried to help, they informed us there was NO DELIVERY booked on the days we were told about. Clearly the store had lied to us over and over again.
By the way.. we still don?t have an our grass yet. Who knows where it is?!

Completely ruined my event I was supposed to have, placed the order of grass in April with store manager saying it would be here in a month, 2 months have now passed, and I am yet to receive this order. False dates given for delivery and just an absolute negative experience. Impossible to get honest updates.
