I met my friend in Costa yesterday. We only had drinks. But it was nice in there. Clean and not too busy. Hopefully, we'll be able to visit again soon.

I had a morning flat white on a sunny Sunday morning. The coffee was a little over roasted and bitter and the drink did not taste as good as it normally does. Perhaps I am over fussy but other chains can make it a little better. The cafe was also quite empty with only 5 or so tables busy inside.

Ein fast food Kaffee mit sehr gutem Kaffee,der Kuchen ? ist eher normal.Das Personal ist freundlich aber zum Teil bei dem Andrang überfordert.

Some staff are really really bad, some might call it a bit racist. so I would not recommend this place, in fact I would say stay well clear.

Tina and Jade are the most immature workers I have come across.Shop is very dirty and staff swear infront of customersNo real hygene as they are always touching their phones then food without gloves

When you place an order to a professional establishment. This is the level of immaturity and unprofessional behaviour the staff at Epping Costa provide. Maybe they were failed students from the local secondary school? Maybe they are sad at working for Costa, but this is just a very poor level of customer service with very poor hand writing and hygene. No wonder they are stuck working there.

An ideally-located store with wonderful, friendly staff! Drinks great and food delicious. Costa, please invest further in this store and they will continue to improve and bring in more trade.
