Had a few minor niggles with a Fisher Space Pen which I bought almost 8 years ago, and remembered it comes with a "lifetime warranty".Yeah yeah I thought, being used to typical British customer service. Sent it off recorded delivery, expecting an excuse/bill for why I needed a new one....But NO! 48 hours later, I have received a brand new replacement pen with a compliments slip telling me it had been replaced & to enjoy my new pen!Still staggered by this level of customer service, living up to the lifetime warranty promise, with no quibbles, and replaced so quickly!Many other companies could learn from GBA!Thanks so so much :-)

5 stars are insufficient for the after-sales customer service GBA provides! Having lost the barrel of my beloved space pen, I was thrilled + surprised to find they afford a repair/restore service, entirely free of charge. In under one week, from the moment of despatch until it returned, fully restored and polished-up as new. In this day and age of shoddy venality and monetisation of everything, the GBA Pen Company are a stellar reminder of a quality of service as rare and remarkable as the product they sell.
