Do not get pierced here!
In response to your reply:
This reply clearly demonstrates your lack of professionalism and poor customer service skills. As a business, you should be able to take criticism and use this to better improve your business, and not attack customers for leaving honest reviews. You need to change your business ideologies, and poor customer services appears to be a reoccurring theme in a lot of reviews.
In response to your points, I have never complained about my previous piercings, I am very happy with my piercings from other piercers, and if I was so unhappy with them I would have gotten them removed, much like how I asked you to remove my conch and Tragus piercings as I was not happy with the outcome (Please see attached my advice from another professional piercer advising me to remove the piercings due to incorrect placement).
I stated in my initial email to you that I wanted to remove my piercings, so this statement from you is a blatant lie (please see attached copy of my original email where I state I was going to remove them.)
When I came to get them removed, I expressed that they had been painful, and whilst they were being removed it was obvious I was in pain, as the piercer apologized to me whilst she was removing them (please see attached a photo of my bruised and swollen Tragus due to the force used whilst getting it pierced).
I was forced to come back to you for further treatments, as unfortunately you had refunded me in the form of a voucher and store credit, so of course I did not want to lose out on £60 because you would not refund me to my bank card. After dealing with your poor customer service skills, I of course did not want to come back after getting my nails done!
I hope in future you will learn how to craft a professional response to reviews, as quite honestly as a business it is embarrassing.

Went here to get a conch and Tragus piercing, both piercings were pierced incorrectly and I was advised by a professional piercer that they would not heal and needed to be removed. They were pierced with bars that were not long enough, and my conch piercing had started to embed in my ear, which caused a lump to form at the piercing site.
My ear was blue from the force of the piercing, and I have never had a piercing experience be so painful (I have 13 piercings including cartilage piercings).
Whilst they were trying to pierce them they could not fit the jewelry into my ear as the needle size they had used was too small compared to the jewelry, and it resulted in two people tugging on my ear which was not pleasant and painful.
Escape were kind enough to remove them for me and I did get a refund after dealing with their poor customer service, however since then my ear has a permanent lump from where the piercing was poorly placed.
I recently went back to get gel nail polish on my hands and toes, the lady who did my nails was lovely and very chatty, however the next day the polish from one of my toe nails had already chipped, and the polish on my finger nails have lasted only 4 days before the polish was cracking and lifting off my nails!
For £61 I would expect them to last at least a week
Overall it has not been a positive experience here and I definitely would not get pierced here, I?d recommend going somewhere with more experience!

Very good! I had the luxury body and face (hot stone massage with mini facial) 1 hour... the hot stone massage was good but I'd say standard I was more impressed with the facial, the products used really made my skin feel so clean and moisturised, this was down to the therapist choosing the right brands for my sensitive skin. Probably the best facial I've had to be honest. Thank you!

For my first-ever massage treatment, I was made to feel very comfortable from the moment we walked into the beauty treatment shop. All the staff were friendly, polite, and kind. I was offered a drink, and once in the treatment room, the process was explained to me before we started.
I had a lovely experience and left feeling very pampered, relaxed, and with my muscles much less tense.

I have been using this salon for some time now but do find they are very greedy when it comes to money. I booked an eyebrow tint and shape the night before my appointment but despite only making the appointment the day before they contacted me on the day and told me that I couldn?t have the tint as it was over 6 months since I had last had a patch test and they would be taking full payment. I only had my eyebrows tinted and shaped an about a month before by them and nothing was said then.
My daughter recently had a pamper party with them and we found them to be rude and unwelcoming on arrival as they sent us upstairs to a locked room and made us wait outside it for about 15 mins and thus we were rushing around setting up when the guests arrived. The party was excellent though with the therapists running it and they did a fantastic job with the kids. Their therapists are excellent and always friendly but the reception customer service is lacking and needs to be less greedy, more flexible with better communication. I can see a customer on a previous review experienced the same problem with the patch testing.

Booked an appointment for eye lash and eye brow tint online the night before I was due to go . The next morning I was sent a questionnaire and notice it mention about needing a patch test every 6 months . This did not come up on online against my booking for tinting . I Phoned the salon and was told that I needed a patch test as it had been 10 months since my last one and therefore I couldn?t have the tint as I needed a test ( 48hrs before my appointment ) so I could just have eye brow shaping and I would have to pay as it was less than 72 hours even though I only booked the night before . Some times you need to be a bit more flexible with your customer service . I notice from previous reviews customer service has let your salon down unfortunately you don?t find these things out until you need to experience this first hand . I have used you over the last few years as well as purchased vouchers for family and friends. I?m sorry to say good customer service is important to me. unfortunately you only find this out when something goes wrong for this reason I will no longer attend your salon and will not be recommending it

I went today for the other to be package which was gifted to me for my birthday. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I have really struggled with feeling achy, uncomfortable and just so tired (kuch more than with my 1st) so really needed this treatment!
The staff were lovely and accommodating and the facilities where clean and beautiful!
The treatment itself, well let me just say, if I had the money to do that daily for the rest of my life, I would!! WOW!! Top notch! It felt amazing and I still feel like I'm on a cloud (and that's even with my 6 year old running rings around me)!
I highly recommend this place and the treatment to anyone! I can't wait to go back!

Thank you for the most amazing Truly Scrumptious Massage. It is without a doubt the best massage I?ve ever had. I always go to Escape for treatments, not as often as I would like, and I?ve booked a few appointments for my teenage daughter as well. I can never fault the staff, treatments and environment. It is the most relaxing place. I will most definitely be returning for another Truly Scrumptious massage
