Went with a group meal & the organisation was a mess, people were finishing their food before some even got theirs. No set-up to have food to go to each person so searching who ordered what on numerous tables. The food was great tho & despite staff rushed off their feet were courteous & polite. And a person with a mobility disability, I was disappointed that the disabled toilet was out of action as the lock was broken. So I was forced to use the other toilets in the basement which wasn't easy. Definitely go again but not as a large group & when it's a lot quieter with a working disabled toilet.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair access on the ground floor only. Didn't see any other way to get to the upper floor or basement toilets.

Terrible service. We walked in yesterday evening, out of the rain, on the off chance there was a table for two available.
No one at the front desk, people in front of us just waiting around and people cramming in behind us. We ask if there?s a table for two and just get told ?No.?
The half shaved guy with a bun then immediately turned to the people behind us.
Initially we thought it was sarcasm, that?s how rude he was! Made us both feel really uncomfortable, we won?t be coming back, even with a booking.

From the man who greeted us and sat is at our table to the service throughout by Megan, it was fantastic.
The food was beautiful as was the wine and atmosphere. Great pre-mercury pantomime dinner.

Me and my three friends came for our friends birthday. We didn?t book a table but they managed to fit us in. They also brought our friends cupcakes over. The manager was friendly as always, we used to come in a lot and loved it and we still do! Thanks for making our friends birthday extra special.
