The designer had a can do attitude and overcame some obstacles for us. What I also liked was she didn?t try and sell us anything and have us options which helped stay within our budget. Terrible companyTerrible company, so unprofessional. When asked why the kitchen didn?t fit when they had already sent their own people twice to measure beforehand , they said ?their people only make approximate measurements ?. What on earth is the use of that? When eventually the kitchen was delivered (after many months) we asked the delivery man to check that all the parts were there he said?we don?t check but I?m sure all the parts WON?T be there. He was right. This ended up costing us a fortune to have a wall knocked down to make room for the fridge, among other costly adjustments and units that we paid for ended up being redundant to us. If you put a comment on their facebook page that they don?t like then they block you from making any comments at all. When we asked to make a formal complaint they continuously ignored. Really disappointed with Wren. We used Bart who had always specified a black oven, but it turned up a different colour. When we asked him to rectify it he wouldn't admit the mistake he made as it would come out of his own money.The customer service team are near on impossible to reach and when you finally get to speak to someone there is no willingness to rectify it. It has caused my daughter so much stress. She's 8.5 months pregnant and we are without an oven for Christmas.Definitely do not recommend.

Annie from wren was amazing throughout the process from start to finish ! Kitchen was as promised and is exactly like the design, top quality gear. Seen a lot of comments moaning about gear etc. your kitchen is only as good as the person installing it and we used our own wren fitter who did a amazing job ! So if people weren?t as lucky with the installer could see why there would be negative comments but our whole experience was amazing !Services: Kitchen countertop installation

Bought a kitchen from Wren July 2020 - after installation I noticed tap pressure was low so I contacted the installer who said he would call round in a few days but never turned up after which he stopped replying to any texts and phone messages I sent .To cut a long story short after many emails to the customer service department I ended up going back to the showroom only to be told they didn't know when they would be able to send a plumber round to look.In the end I hired my own plumber and sent Wren the bill which was November ,4 months after I first reported the problem. Although I like the kitchen I thought customer service completely lacking. In my opinion I bought a new kitchen and it shouldn't have been left up to me to sort problems.

Expensive and weird sales manager! We were quoted 16k for our kitchen from Wren. Booked to see Wickes and B&Q the week after and got quotes in the region of 7k. After giving Wren our feedback they immediately lowered their price to 9k... just shows how they try to rip you off.Also the Sales Manager was rather strange. Came over to us twice and put his hand on my shoulder and rubbed it. I think he thought it would encourage us to put down a deposit? In all honestly it made us feel uncomfortable in his presence and any further communication was via phone call due to this! Strange man!

My wife and I have just placed our order for a new kitchen with Sam Richfield.I must say that the whole experience to date has been faultless, and Sam has really been excellent, and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a kitchen. The attention to detail is fantastic, and he has listened to our every requirement, and advised accordingly.....even when we changed our initial plans a week later!! We are enjoying the process, as it is a big purchase, and we just wanted to share our positive thoughts!!

Recently visited the Wren Colchester store. They were very helpful, informative and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. Especially with Sam Richfield who answered all our questions and kept us up to date with any new promotions and offers. It made the whole design and decision process so much easier. We can't wait for our new kitchen to be installed. Would highly recommended ?

We are having Wren Kitchens provide our new kitchen for us to fit ourselves. The service we have had so far has been excellent and our designer, Sam Richfield has been very patient, helpful and professional through out. He even came in on his day off to sort out some changes we had made. It is an awkward kitchen. We now await the delivery of the kitchen mid September. Thanks again.Service: Remodeling

Wren Kitchens supplied our kitchen units and appliances, we were extremely impressed with the assistance we received in choosing and designing our kitchen. All products were delivered correctly, without damage, on time and by very helpful and professional delivery men.We are extremely happy with the quality of the products. We fitted the kitchen ourselves and it looks fabulous.

The kitchen advisor; Sam was professional, patient and with a great eye for detail; asking us questions we hadn't even thought about. We never felt rushed or pressured. The delivery was A1, turning up at the prescribed time and phoning us before hand. The guys put all the boxes exactly where we asked with no hassle. Putting the units together is a breeze with simple instructions and I'm impressed by the build quality. The kitchen is turning into our dream kitchen, thanks to Wren

Extremely disappointed at the service recently at the Colchester branch of Wren, to the point we will never return. Took hours of our time just drawing the plan when we already had all measurements. Howdens and even B&Q were miles better. Wren were pushy and the manager is not worth his salt. He did come over and press a few buttons though. Avoid!
