Really helpful guys in the Colchester branch. I just walked in to see if they knew where I could get a couple of nuts for a rubber bush I had bought elsewhere and they had a quick rummage in a box of old bits and pieces they had behind the counter and sorted it out. Now that?s what I call proper old fashioned service, something you?re not likely to find in many places these days.Well done guys and thanks for your time and kind consideration.

Fantastic service & fast too.I went to 2 different Halfords branch in Colchester to be told they couldn?t help me. Stopped by Wilco and they solved my problem within minutes and they even went out of their way to help me with my number plate which I really appreciate it. I will definitely be coming here first from now on. Thank you Ian

Ordered a part on Monday morning and was told it would be in on Tuesday lunchtime. My wife went in to collect it after 3pm and was told it hadn't arrived. Called on Thursday to check that it had arrived, only to be told they had no record of the order. Total waste of space. Don't use this stor?

Good for car parts and tools that are affordable, good parking and away from the town centre.*Seriously need to sort out the phone manner when answering phone. Will always shop here when I can but had to bite my tongue today when I called at 16:00 25/10/2022.

Went into this store hoping to get a front light bulb fitted on my fiat 500 man at the till was laid back in his chair munching on his sandwich when I asked if this is something he could do he replied with no hesitation absolutely not and they did not fit light bulbs for fiat 500 as it was too much of a difficult job and recommended that I take it somewhere else he was not very polite at all and i felt extremely uncomfortable I stopped off at Halfords on the way home who happily fitted this for me in under 10 minutes and ensured me it was by no means a difficult job so I guess the man in Wilco just wanted to eat his lunch in peace I definitely won?t be going back there again anytime soon
