Really annoyed to get a fine for parking for 62 minutes.
I spent quite a lot of money in the shop.
45 mins is not long enough to park.
Won't be shopping there again!

Only 45 min free parking?? I got parking charge for 62 min!!!!...its DISGUSTING. Clearly they only want you there minimal time. If I need a big shop I will go somewhere else. Also Don't leave anything behind because if you do they Don't keep it to one side for a bit, it goes straight back on the shelf. Tough luck basically.

I'm 86 years old. Went in for 3 bags of pea shingle. Heavy bags. I was helped by Inga who not only put the bags on the trolley but insisted upon putting them in the boot of my car. Exceptional service..........

Just had a fantastic design appointment with Andrew Lovelee. Andrew was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and great to deal with. He was able to plan the kitchen we wanted. He took his time, didn't rush us, there was no pressure at all and he was able to suggest a lot of great ideas and amend the spec to what we wanted. Cannot recommend dealing with him more.

This is solely about the poor quality of the Wickes skirting board, don't buy.
Prime, undercoat and gloss yourself, you will be safe in the knowledge that it has been done well, not bodged by Wickes.

Absolutely appalling experience with Wickes. I hold a trade account and spent a significant amount of money on materials, only to find my van had a flat tyre in their Parking bays?caused by nails left behind by a previous user. While sorting that out, I overstayed their ridiculous parking limit by just 20 minutes. Instead of any understanding or communication, a parking ticket was sent to an old address, even though my trade account is fully updated with my current address. Now I?ve got DCPL threatening me for £165 over something entirely avoidable and caused by their own negligence.
This is how Wickes treats loyal trade customers? Utterly disgraceful.
Never shopping here again.

My husband and I recently visited the Colchester store for the first time,looking for a worktop for our kitchen. We weren't really watching the time as finding the perfect worktop was much more important to us. Now through the post,we have received a fine for being 11 mins over the ridiculous timing,of 45 mins stay in the car park. We have found this shock as very disappointing. This has definitely put us off going to wicks again, especially as we also travelled all the way from Clacton.
