I made a telephone call to check on a item was in stock, reserved two which the lady on the desk brought to me while I continued my shop.
Had a slight problem with a gift card because accepted by the till, the checkout lady was wondering, could not have helped me more. Amazing service as always.

The usual Waitrose high quality food and drink etc. A very clean and spacious store. All the staff were very friendly and polite, especially Jalpo on the checkout. I would have given 5* but for the very high prices.

This was an unusual waitrose compared to the others I usually use. It is smaller, and the selection off food is more limited; there's no sushi! However there is a hot chicken counter.

I like this waitrose, always nice and clean with plenty of helpful staff members. Very tasty bread and meat products. Free coffee is always nice to have while shopping too :)
