Katsu curry sauce has changed to a watered down cheaper alternative. It wasn?t very nice and I feel cheated (apparently they have a new supplier). This was my dish. They?ve messed around with it and I won?t be going back now - shame, I was a regular at Waga?s and knew my menu numbers off by heart.

I ate with a friend at Waga?s tonight and the service was Ella was impeccable! Friendly, knowledgable, and made our experience fun as well as relaxing. She is a credit to your team & the food was amazing!

Great location, plenty of paid parking at read NCP. High street car park, nice and clean restaurant including toilets. Friendly customer service.

Waiters were rude, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. The waiter who lead us in was rude and blunt, staring instead of offering help to seat us at a table. The waitress who served and billed us later on was lovely. The food was awful, the dishes were overcooked, raw, hot, and cold at the same time. They lacked any sense of flavour. The noodles used are cheap and overcooked, and the chicken was tough and plain. I'm incredibly disappointed with the experience, Braintree village wagamama is much nicer, with amazing hospitality. I was expecting much more from here.

£19.9 for a duck soba. A very sobering experience. Very tasty but the smallest token portion of duck you could imagine. Over cooked.

Great food, even better service. If I remember correctly it was Kim that served us. (Apologies if not the correct name). Kim really was able to read the audience having a joke with us before we headed to a show, making it a great experience. Thank you to team Wagas ?

Menu changed now it's tasteless, reduced meat level now you have to pay for the same amount on old menu. Mentioned this to staff but she said I know? What a shame would go 4 times a month but sadly won't be going back.

Me and my group of friends visit here regularly ! And we enjoy our time , every single time. Me and one other are vegetarian & the other 3 aren?t but we both get as much variety either way! We love Raf + many others waiters !!! And it?s an amazing place to go

We like Wagamama in Colchester, the service and food are usually pretty good. Service is generally quick so it makes a great little stop before the theatre or a film. Our little girl also loves the kids chopsticks and edamame beans.
Tonight we had an exceptional experience, and it absolutely made our day.
Our daughter is fascinated by the chefs cooking on show, seeing them chop, mix, cook, and serve the food.
Tonight she was watching the chefs cook in the kitchen. The chefs were really friendly, waving at her and smiling, then the head chef noticed her, he came over to our table and made her feel really special. The chef gave our little girl a signed cookbook and a Wagamama apron, and said that now she can cook Wagamama at home.
It was a busy Saturday night, and he took a moment to make our little girl feel special. Thank you for a lovely evening, we?ll absolutely be back!

Lovely dinner, atmosphere and service. Had the chicken gyoza, Thai beef salad with passion fruit paloma and prawn firecracker with cloudy lemonade; it was delicious.
