The optician was fantastic , lady who sorted out my glasses found very pushy and wasn?t listening to what I wanted . Not great communication come across very aggressive

The opticians are always good but I have witnessed the manager speak to their staff in an unprofessional and passive aggressive manner. Not just this, they do it loudly infront of all customers. Not ever seen anything like it and it was uncomfortable to sit and listen to.

Was quite disapointed as had contact lenses check up, I was in there no more then 10 mins. No check of eyes if they were dry or not, i did not remove my lenses which I have always done with other examiners he just put a hand held lense to my eye and asked if that better by reading a card...examiner didn't seem confident what he was doing...sent me off with, I will alter your prescription and send trails out to you...
Poor show.....
