Great service from staff. Really helped us out :) Had a bad situation, although staff helped as much as possible to make sure ebryone was safe and happy.

Visited on a Sunday evening for 2-4-1 cocktail happy hour. First round of drinks were lovely. At 7.15 , we ordered our last cocktails asking the barman if it was still in time for BOGOF. Yes he said , it's till 7.30. Again, cocktails were very nice. Went to pay the bill and was charged full price for the last two drinks and were told it was after 7.30. We had taken a photo of our drinks to show off back home and the time was 7.24. So be aware of this little scam. Shame, drinks were good just this rip off ruined the experience.

Went with 6 friends for our festive afternoon/night out together. We travelled from Ipswich by train and started off here for bottomless brunch, and what a great time we had, the staff couldn?t do enough for you even though it was busy. The food was great and the cocktails and Prosecco free flowing, you were never without a drink. We will definitely be returning with more of us hopefully as it was well worth the money.

We went for brunch and sat down at 1pm. Our first round of drinks don?t arrive till 1.20pm. We had four rounds of drinks and we ordered our last round at 2.45pm at 3pm they asked us to to move from the table as out time was up. I did say we were waiting for drinks but they said they would be at the bar. We paid our bill and waited at the bar, we had our drinks and was asked to move from that area we moved and 10 mins later they asked us to move again round to the front of the bar where there wasn?t anywhere to stand, we said no, we finished our watered down drinks and left. We paid £42.50 each due to services charges (that I wouldn?t have paid) and then left. Not worth the money for the brunch as drinks take ages to arrive and the food wasn?t that great either. We already had to send food back as it was cold.

Great place for a good time. Great cocktails and selection for bottomless brunch. Served by Sian who was great and got us everything we needed. Would go again!

Sian and rushi were on shift, diddnt catch the others names but everyone was working so hard and looking after everyone making no mistakes even though the place was rammed

Great service, great carribean roast and dessert. Cocktails were lovely too. Fran was very friendly and attentive. Didn?t have to wait too long. Good vibe and music. Will be there again soon. Need to try another roast before it finishes!

The waitress FRAN is amazing so kind and thoughtful, she looked after my vegan diet and was absolutely amazing! We will 100% return? the cocktails she made were fabulous

This was a brilliant venue. Staff were amazing. Rachel and Naomi were fab. They provided great service, really friendly and our bottomless brunch was the best we have had. Definately recommend.
