Phoned re hiring a mixer - nobody phoned back as they said they would. Went in and got the impression tool hire man could not be arsed to be honest because I wanted it delivered.

Shout out to Ada in the yard. He assisted me when purchasing a sheet of plywood last week. Helpful, professional and courteous. Even lifted the item on to my car roof with me. Well done Ada, Employee of the year!

Would give lower if possible.
Had a delivery due on a specific date, and I even called a few days prior to double-check. All was good, then on the day, it wasn't delivered. I tried calling all day with no answer, and then the lines closed. There is no delivery and no explanation.
Order from a real supplier that cares about its customers. I am out of pocket and time.

Tried ripping me off today, 3 bags of cement ,15 bags of ballast £93.50 sibbons up the road 60 quid. Asked if he could do anything with the price he siad no ill get in trouble so i walked out absolute joke first price is always ridiculous they used to knock it down 30 percent but now they're just treating me like an idiot. ???

Well I looked on line for 25mm x 50mm aprox use timber to use a curtain battens ,the website said got in stock went down and not even a foot of it in stock, and the answer I got when I said really was oh well,so I went to cookies & catchpole and they had it at a far better price,

The staff are lovely and super helpful. No Mansplaining. As a woman in the building space is a joy. I love that its local to me and parking is usually easy - though I have noted some people with van don't bother to park in the allocated spaces and take up two. Great place for tool hire and the staff are will to cut down timber if its too long to go inside your vehicle? Top notch
