I had a very disappointing experience at this salon yesterday.
Despite bringing photos to clearly show the colour and shade I wanted, the stylist (Roxy) insisted on doing something completely different from what I asked for. On top of that, she attempted to charge me twice until (India) corrected her, admitting that I was right and had initially been booked for a later date.
When I tried to reflect on what they had advised and explained that it wasn?t what I wanted, I asked to book with another stylist (Flynn), as advertised on their automated phone message. Unfortunately, he was gloomy, unwelcoming, and dismissive, telling me that achieving the colour I wanted would take ?the whole day.? I came to what I thought was a professional salon to achieve a look I couldn?t do myself at home, not just to be told it wasn?t possible.
In the end, I paid a lot of money and walked away very unhappy. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

This was first time i did my haircut in Tony & guy, i do love my haircut, Karis did very great job and she listened to what i want for my hair... Karis was very friendly and i would definitly visit again.

I don't onto salons often, but I really wanted a treat and felt T&G was the place. I wasn't disappointed. They were all tentative and kind and I felt the colourist and stylist I had really listened. Even when I made the booking and asked for advice the young girl was very kind and informative. I've even booked for another session, and trust me I'm a once in a blue moon salon girl. Loved my experience.

People were very nice and professional but they did not listen. I gave very specific instructions as to length and style and none of it has been followed. I wanted a short cut with a heavy fringe so my forehead is not visible.I have a mid length bob with a long fringe that is forever touching my nose - something I vehemently hate and I told the stylist this.
