My husband took one of a very expensive pair of Loake painted leather shoes in that had been badly sctrached on their first outing. He took it to Timpsons Sir Isaacs Walk, Colchester and they repaired it quickly, restoring it to look like new. Incredible service. Thank you, so much!!!!

Went to a nearby by 'big jeweller' to get a watch fixed. They couldn't give me an estimate on price and said it would be weeks, even just for the estimate. Went to Timpson's and the guy in the shop fixed the watch in a matter of seconds and wouldn't even take any money off me. Certainly will be going to Timpson's first in future.

Had to have a tankard engraved. Not only was the assistant helpful in advising the choice of font, but he also stayed open a little later, as we were stuck in traffic, in oder for us to collect to take to a birthday party.
