Visited three mobile today and couldn't be happier with the service I received from Kieran. This is the second time he has helped me out with difficulty with a phone. I found him to be patient, and took the time to explain everything with care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Was served by a lady called Alexandra. I found her to be very knowledgeable, patient (because I doubted I could even qualify for the broadband and two SIM cards I signed for). I couldn?t tell that I got there during closing time because she did not rush the process and was swift and precise.

I visited the store today and I was dealt with in a professional manner. The gentleman was named Baz. Recognition required. Helped me with upgrade. Dealt with in 30 minutes. Gave me the best deal possible. Highly recommended. Very good customer service skills. Thanks.

Kieran, the assistant manager does not have any customer relations idea. Walked Basz off me of which he himself couldn't help, had 0 enthusiasm. I think maybe because am black.

Carol was absolutely amazing! Incredibly patient with me asking a million questions and not being able to use my ID but she stuck by it and did a fabulous job. Letting me know all the information needed and how to use the server. Kieran was also extremely helpful and patient as well considering I was taking forever.
Best customer service I've had in years from anywhere! Will definitely be sticking with Three.

Kieran, the assistant manager might I add, had 0 enthusiasm, ignored what I had asked for and was trying to get me something I didn?t want. Ended up walking out, walking round the corner to EE, to get the service I was after. Sad really, as I have been with 3 for over 10 years and that service was so shoddy I am just happy to cut ties now! Thanks for making that decision so easy for me my friend! AVOID
