Great little shop in town for any crafty bits there is also a good little selection of books inside. I love going in here for any crafty projects.

Terrible service. I went in with my 5-year-old daughter as a surprise outing and let her pick out everything she wanted. When it was time to pay, the cashier refused to accept my £50 note, claiming she didn?t have £10 in change because they ?just? opened even though they had been open for over 3 hours. She didn?t even bother opening the till to check. I had to leave everything behind, go to another store just to change the note to smaller ones, and then come back to finally pay for what we had already chosen. Meanwhile, I had to explain to my upset daughter why we had to leave the toys behind temporarily. Completely unacceptable experience. I would give 0 stars if I could

I purchased a 4d science triceratops today to cheer up my poorly son. Opened the box this evening to build it with him and all it contained was a plastic bag and cardboard, all parts missing. I just spent £7 on an empty box, which I will be returning to your store tomorrow.

Tremendous value for money, and we never fail to come out with a few things. Mainly good for kids' toys and art supplies, but they also have a pretty eclectic selection of remaindered books, and I have bought a couple of really good history books here at bargain prices. There is a bit of an awkward threshold for wheelchair and push-chair users, and it is difficult to move around if there is any number of people in the store, as they make the most of a limited space. Friendly service.
