A very unpleasant experience, they do not send the complete order plus unsealed products and make you pay anyway. Very unfair! I do not recommend at all!! Go somewhere else! As for the staff in the store, I can't say anymore, they laugh, they send certain signs to each other to their colleagues, they send certain signs and laugh, it doesn't seem normal to me in front of the customer to do something like that, and the people from the customer service at the phone line, they rush you and it seems they don't want to solve your problem.

Don?t buy from here unless you want to have to check up on your order every few days and get the same response and still get no order. Why list something on your website if it?s out of stock. Missed my fathers birthday even though i had ordered two weeks in advance. Also sometimes don?t even answer the phone so frustrating

Went in with a small budget to spend on my 3 teens. Such brilliant service from a young lady with long blond hair and brown eyes (didn?t get her name) she was so so helpful and knowledgeable about the products available. Made it a stress free and enjoyable experience ? such a lovely girl. Thank you and happy Christmas ?

The Fragrance Shop Colchester's staff was helpful. However, I am not impressed with their online service. I had to make 3 different trips to the Colchester shop to enquire about my order despite paying for membership, which offered speedy delivery. I am unhappy I took the offer.

I ordered 2 perfumes for my birthday on September. I received only 1 perfume and an email saying the other perfume got delayed due to limited stock but will receive it after 2 weeks, which was understandable but after almost a month of waiting I called and emailed them about wanting refund now as I was tired of waiting for more than a month. It?s December 19th 2022 today, I still haven?t receive any emails nor a refund plus they haven?t cancelled my Tfs membership. I?m on 92th phone queue to speak about my refund with them as their online chat is helpless (always unavailable agent to chat).

Bought a Miss Dior perfume at the Colchester store today as a birthday gift for my wife. The staff member said she would add their discount scheme but failed to tell me that this came at a cost of £15 per annum. I would NOT have gone ahead with the purchase had I known this - now I am stuck with this as I won't have the opportunity to go into the store to return my purchase before her birthday. Staff should be more straightforward and just explain that there is an annual cost - I now feel cheated

Ordered on line sent an empty parcel they are refusing to refund or send the goods - avoid. Use boots instead much better service
