This is the best bodyshop branch by a country mile. Always a great service, friendly staff and they're always happy to recommend products without it ever feeling like you're being forced in to buying something. It's worth shopping in Colchester for this alone. ?

Was served by Kylie and Lexi, they were both so lovely and attentive! Lexi was very enthusiastic about the spin the will promotion they had on and that really amplified the wonderful experience! (Ps if you get number 7 you?ve got the best one!)

So rude! Products advertised at one price and then different at the till! When questioned, I was told they didn't have enough staff to change the price labels and needed to pay the full unadvertised price? No apologies, just very disrespectful staff members with no customer service skills!
