Amazing experience with this swimming school. My son gained confidence almost immediately and progressed with every lesson. The teachers are experienced friendly and make each lesson fun. The customer service is outstanding with every query dealt with quickly and I?m always kept up to date with important information. Definitely recommend.

Received such poor customer Service throughout my sons swimming block. Owed a lesson due to staff sickness. They have closed their office and I have no idea if I am supposed to Go next week or not and already been told they don't allow refunds. I am not happy. Steer clear - problem after problem and the facilities at Astley Cooper school are undesirable.

Trial class consisted of my 3 year old being pulled around the deep end being told to stop crying as it was enough. I explained before the trail lesson she was not comfortable in the water.

We moved our girls to swim with me from a very large class where we were seeing very little progress and they really didn?t enjoy going. The teachers just seemed to watch them swim width to width with very little tuition. Within a couple of weeks for moving to swim with me our eldest was swimming and my youngest who?d previously hated swimming starting enjoying lessons too and in the end swam much earlier than our eldest did. We?d highly recommend swim with me. Fabulous teachers, reasonable size groups and overall superb.

My son absolutely loved his swimming lesson with Simon who is a very gentle and patient teacher. The private pool is amazing!! It was such a great experience for my son who was feeling a little anxious - he really can't wait until his next lesson. Thank you!

My two daughters have been swimming with Swim With Me for 3 years. They both absolutely love their class. We have tears if we have to miss a week. We have enjoyed the same teacher throughout. They work hard, continue to learn new skills and have fun.

My daughter has progressed really well with SWM and has an incredible trust in her swimming instructor Natalie. My daughter loves her lessons and improves every week which is not only down to her confidence, but the understanding Natalie has in my daughter's abilities, knowing when she can push her that little bit more to get the results we as parents are looking for. The classes are of a reasonable size, are well structured, with a variety of equipment available, and an appropriate level of discipline is used if needed (safety in and around the water is high on the agenda with SWM). We would highly recommend SWM to anyone looking for swimming lessons...first class company and always greeted with a warm welcome.

We have been with SWM for about 4 years. I have children with additional needs, the patients, time and effort that the staff have is priceless!!!!
All 3 of my children can swim and look forward to their lesson every week.

Nothing is ever to much trouble, my son has a diagnosis of perthes disease and they accomadated to his needs.
I would recommend in a heart beat.

Natalie is a Absolutely fantastic teaching instructor. Natalie has helped all 3 of my children learn to swim all very different ages and medical needs. Natalie is extremely caring considerate and professional at what she does Would recommend natalie every time 5*

When I asked Swim-With-Me to gently remind people at Colchester Academy to use the appropriate changing rooms with their children (male, female or family for mixed), I was told they could not enforce this and I should make my daughter get changed in a tent.
