Walked in with our daughters 2 weeks ago and had their ears pierced for the first time. The ladies doing it were amazing, doing both ears at the same time. There is also a large selection of earrings in store. Thank you for your work?

Lena is absolutely amazing! She always does a fantastic job with my eyebrow and upper lip waxing?super precise and professional every time. I always look for her when I visit the nail bar because she?s so hands-on, friendly, and genuinely cares about her work. It?s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in the results. Brought a fragrance giftset and the promotion on was spend more the 75 and get 10pound worth of point it never happened and to get through to customer service is rediculous. And I store can't help what's so ever used to love this store very disappointed

Went in there today with my poorly, distressed and disabled child and was refused access to their changing facilities even after stressing my childs nappy was leaking with diarrhoea. Manager refused to even acknowledge me and left poor young worker to tell me to leave . Think maybe they should review their rules and retrain in customer service skills and review their disabled access arrangements
