Served by 259 at 1pm on a lSaturday 28th of October. The service I received from the Asian lady was horrendous. She couldn?t answer any of my questions about Subway?s change of menu. She definitely was not listening to me as she misheard me multiple times then proceeded to make me THE WRONG sandwich which I still had to pay £6 for. The sub wasn?t even nice, made very sloppily. She needs to learn to listen and make a proper sub. Disgusting.

Arrived around 9:15pm to one staff member vaping out the front, classy. She did not greet us or anything the whole time we were there, the other member was friendly but the let down was the food. Meatballs not stored correctly and even though toasted were lukewarm at best. I couldn't handle half of it. In honesty i ended up spitting my last bite (I had 3 bites) out

Decent subs, experienced staff know how to make a good sandwich.Vegetarian options: A few options of varying quality, often new stuff shows up. TLC is good, so is vegan teriyaki steak.

We was disgusted by the level of detail and effort which went into our delivery tonight. We spent £35 on Deliveroo. We ordered a large meal for one in which only the foot long sub arrived no crisps drink or cookie. A wrap which was stone cold and another sub which was supose to be toasted and wasn?t and was also cold. All the cookies were missing we got the wrong muffin and wedges were cold. We ordered at 8 and it arrived at 9.45 when we tried to call the restaurant they had turned off the phones. Deliveroo have offered partial refund but it is not good enough.Vegetarian options: Was stone cold and not toasted

The people that were serving on the night. Were truly very nice, served totally professionally. I was in and out with BMT! Which I recommend.
