Very slow service and it’s not the staff that are the problem it’s, staff shortage so when your not resourced appropriately, it compromises on the overall service and quality of the final product because it’s rushed.
Atmosphere very poor, mood very low. Lacks energy. Clearly we are not in London anymore .
