Everlast Gyms is very best for swimming. Nice pool,warm clean water, bathrooms clean,worm,hot and cold water available.Shower bath gel available.Changing rooms are clean ,fresh, with good ? lockers for your clothes.Hair dryers, dust bins available and in good condition.

Today I left Colchester Everlast Gym with a skip in my step and restored appreciation for the honesty of the human race.
I left my large wash bag, open for all to see the many dermalogica products which collectively cost £1000+ ?, in the female changing room from 12 noon until after 6pm.
The honesty of the many members who must have seen the bag is remarkable and to be admired.
The BIGGEST THANK YOU ? goes to Gabi the cleaner who came on duty after 6pm and took my wash bag to a safe place for which I'm extremely grateful..... I've heard Gabi is a chocoholic, chocolate will be winging it's way to Gabi with a thank you card!
I'm proud to be a member of Colchester Everlast Gym, I fell part of a gym family.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing staff at the Everlast gym for their honesty, kindness and prompt response. When my daughter misplaced her bracelet during a recent visit, we were quite worried?it wasn?t just any piece of jewelry. It held deep sentimental value for her.
Your quick response and the care with which you safely kept it until we asked means the world to us. We?re all truly grateful for your kindness. Thank you once again, from all of us.

As a group of younger lads who are very experienced in the gym world we was treated like children and always watched by the Gorlock the destroyer and was judge every secound wouldn?t recommend at all

Used to go for years. Mediocre gym with not many machines. Equipment has had massive upgrade in quality since redesign. Pool is the best part when there isn't children and the steam room isn't out of order. Due to appalling rules and regulations from the higher ups I was effectively forced out of the gym and had to go elsewhere. The sneaky contracts and scams aren't worth it, go elsewhere. When I tried to resign up after returning from uni they wanted me to pay for all the months I had the membership cancelled? Much better gyms in colch, with less scams. Everlast higher management is shambolic, lugubrious and conniving.

So I?ve been a member here for a couple of months now searching around for gyms after the Refurb it was really nice. There?s a few problems being a new member there no water stations you have to go buy bottles of water, most gyms have rehydration stations now this one doesn?t no boxing equipment Pretty strange for a boxing gym. - The cleanliness is very poor, no soaps in the dispensers lots of scale dirty shower cubicles, A hose that is just on the floor that could cause a trip and a hazard, not correctly stored away. - The steam room seats and walls are very dirty and grubby, The gym equipment is also not cleaned properly after people have used it. I don?t think you have a gym attendant to take care of these issues but you would think being a new gym and new equipment. You would want to keep everything nice and clean. - also, there should be some sort of rotation plan for members for when they?re swimming lots of the time people are getting in the way of each other when people trying to swim/walk.

Kids swim here for lessonsThe lessons are amazing and I can't recommend them more.Sadly the showers are horrendous literally stay on for 10 seconds and washing hair is not fun.

Illegal work practices, getting staff to work until 11pm then come in at 5.30am. Also they don't care if staff are threatened by nasty members of the public who are allowed to continue their membership. Very understaffed and badly organised.
