Just bought some bits in tolgate Colchester and when I got home they have put though 4 prime drinks what are on offer I did not receive theses so check your receipt as now I got to go back to get this sort not good

Answer the phoneeee. Wasted trip, knew exactly what I wanted, that was on the website so tried to call to see if they had it in stock to come in, try on etc, no answer each time over the space of hours (same for the clacton store). Got there, none in stock. No wonder people just buy online, either move to online only or have people pick up the phone. Only plus was the guy I spoke to was helpful when I was there.

Bought a pair of wellies, my grandson Luke them so much he wouldn't take them off. I ended up forgetting to pickup his shoes. Phoned the store Friday, Saturday and about6 times on Sunday. No one answered the phone. Today was my first chance to go back to the store. I asked a shop assistant if he would have a look for them. He then asked when I left them. His immediate reply was 'theyed been thrown away by now'. I asked if he would look anyway, he walked behind the counter and said 'not hear'. I went downstairs and spoke to the manager. He seemed to have no interest in getting anyone to look.

Sports direct all staff so so so rude and don?t any staff help, very disappointed don?t west your money and that shops manager he is so rudely behaving that day I feel so bad because that experience is very Bad ?????????? I never coming back in here

I have been treated rudely and with utter disdain and abusive language this evening, the manager of this shop needs some serious schooling in customer service and respectful communication. Also they have disregarded my statutory right to get a refund for an item that?s faulty. A pair of Adidas slippers I bought had loose fitting on the right foot, and I even tried to pick another pair in exchange but found that the last size 5 in display had thesame issue. So I asked for a refund so I can go elsewhere to buy these item. All they wanted was to offer me a credit note or exchange or nothing else. In our conversation, he said I was wasting his time, said I spoke with a slur, and kept insinuating that I had no such right as to ask for a refund. Well, it?s was an altogether appalling experience for me and I can?t imagine myself or anyone I know coming back there! (In the attached picture, you can almost see the pocket on the right foot which feels really loose, whereas the left foot is just right)

Shocking service today, managers are rude and will not talk to you when requested. Tried to exchange boxed items purchased on 23/12/23 with receipt as wrong size purchased, store refused - staff advised manager had confirmed that morning not to exchange or refund ?handled? goods, said manager then put ?handled? goods back on shelf. Do not waste your time on money visiting this store.

Very unhelpful staff , clearly no customer service experience or training had. And made a hole in a shirt as had difficulty getting a security tag off. Shirt was £110.00 and then questioned about given a refund back. So went and ordered from the football teams main website. Also no printing letters available and nobody know when there will be more or when they have a delivery. Clueless.

I was looking for tracksuits for my grandson asked young lady assistant to help me she was very helpful and found me three tracksuits which were perfect which I purchased. Definitely go back.
