Those employees need to be complained about.

No customer service at all. Refused to return an item because it was bought from a different branch. Manager said it's not her problem and I can complain if I wanted.

You can't shop here unless you bring your own bags or are willing to spend £1.50 on their bags. I probably won't come to this particular Sports Direct again.
