We had a fantastic experience with the Spires team from the get go and wouldn?t hesitate to recommend their services for a second to anyone looking to carry out any home improvements with an expert and top quality finish (and we have already in fact recommended them to several neighbours!). We had new flooring laid, a new shower fitted and a complete refurb of our utility. There?s no hard sell or pressure, just really helpful advice and suggestions on how to best utilise space, colour schemes/finishes etc (and a whole lot more!) according to your budget.The whole team are great - Claude brought our vision to life (even when we weren?t really sure what we wanted!), Stacey and Margaret project managed everything brilliantly and kept us informed about what was happening when, and Stephen and his trade team were excellent - they turned up on time every day, were polite and respectful of our home, and made time to talk to us and answer any questions we had.They worked incredibly hard and were clearly very experienced - we have the joys of an old house which revealed a few of its lovely secrets along the way while the job was being carried out (damp, rot and general neglect), but the team always found a solution to whatever issue they encountered, talking us through options, how long it would take and if there was likely to be an additional cost). We?re delighted with the end result and can?t wait to work with Stacey and Stephen again in the future, they genuinely care about their customers and have been a pleasure to work with.

Oak and glass staircase refurbishment carried out by Spires interiors in November. Top quality craftsmanship performed punctually and professionally. All staff, office and craftsmen, polite and helpful.A bit of a wait from initial contact until commencement of installation (as quoted at outset) but then a quality job is worth the wait.

I couldn?t recommend Spires Interiors any more highly! We approached them to complete an en-suite bathroom renovation and their service has been impeccable at every part of the process. The showroom team helped us to select a great design. They listened to what we liked and didn?t and were able to present thoughts and recommendations which made it so much easier to make a decision. The project management team had everything lined up really well for the actual installation and everyone involved in it was excellent, being as clean and as least disruptive as possible. We would definitely used them again for future home improvement projects.

I ordered a complete new bathroom through Wicks Ipswich who were also amazing throughout, but the true heroes were Spire who I had as my fitters, I can't tell you how over the moon I am with my bathroom, the professionals service I received from Spire was second to none, they kept me in the loop every step of the way, were very organised, always on time or early and worked incredibly hard throughout, the quality of work is beautiful, can't recommend them enough! I would definitely use them again! One very happy customer!

We had an old bathroom ripped out and Spires provided the new flooring, tiling, circling and fixtures.The service was excellent at every step of the way, from sales through to completion.The property is over 100 years old, and so issues were discovered. The team were able to work around all of them to deliver on time.The quality of work was excellent, and time management to work around the issues was superb - the team handled everything.We?re very happy with the completed bathroom and would consider using spires for any other work.

Stephen and his team recently completed a total transformation of my old existing garage/utility space into an amazing annex.This was a project that was really important to me and if I'm honest one which I couldn't imagine would happen and be able to achieve the result I wanted. But I was wrong! Thanks to Stephen & team Spires! who I can honestly say bent over backwards to make this project work for me including accomodating my budget and having to do a lot of problem solving especially to make my old toilet space into a fully functioning wetroom !Stephen always managed my expectations and reassured me when my anxiety got the better of me with such a big project but I can now say at the end of all this Spires have completely transformed my garage into what is now a beautiful usable space with living area, kitchen and wetroom. We recently used Spires via Wickes for the remodel of our bathroom. This included new plasterboard, extractor fan, spotlight, flooring, tiling and installation of new units etc. The team were amazing and communication was great throughout, we are so pleased with the end result and it?s been done to a high spec standard.In hindsight, I wish we had purchased our bathroom and gone direct to Spires for the installation work rather than going through Wickes as any issues that cropped up were as a result of wickes e.g delivery delays, missing/faulty items etc.If you?re considering using Spires, we?d highly recommend them. The whole team are friendly and approachable and should any unforeseen work arise (as they did with ours e.g. water damaged floor due to previous leaks) they will talk you through your options and make sure you?re happy before moving forward with the project.5* company and teamService: Remodeling

Spires Interiors recently fitted and supplied two internal doors at our property. Whilst I?m aware that this is a relatively small project, I felt like I received the same level of professionalism, responsiveness and high level of service as any other customer, noting the high end/high spec projects Spires Interiors are clearly capable of and work upon at this time. In addition, I tasked with them undertaking this work during a very busy period (pre-Christmas) and they were most helpful at accommodating this. Stephen, Stacey and Cody were all a pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in both recommending them and using them again in the future. A throughly deserved 5* review!

Replacement of staircase and new wooden floor laid in hallway. Very impressed with the process from start to finish. Stephen was extremely helpful at the start of the project and was able to deliver the staircase we wanted, which other companies had claimed was not possible!We were kept informed at all stages of the process and work was carried out to a very high standard with minimal disruption. Everyone who worked on the project took great pride in the work they were undertaking. Adam who had to lay the new wooden floor was truly amazing.I would highly recommend Stephen and his team.

I purchased a kitchen through Wickes and they provided the installers which happened to be Spires, who have been faultless in every details. They were not cheap but every element of the work was scheduled by them and any changes in timescale were detailed as soon as they knew about any problems with delivery or any additional work identified. The installer who works full time for Spires was polite and very punctual, putting in long days in an attempt to complete the work to schedule. I would highly recommend this company and if we had known of them before entering into a contract with Wickes them we would have gone to spires first.

I cannot fault Spires. They did my bathroom. From start to finish were brilliant from Stacey in the office to David and apprentice Harry who fitted the bathroom. They were really professional and communication was excellent. They were also very tidy and cleaned up well every day. I will definitely use Spires again.
