I requested a pair of glasses the same prescription as my sunglasses but needed them for every day use and using my 50% discount voucher, the young lady that helped me was very professional and patient and she helped me to choose the right pair. I was given a date to pick them up and they were fitted and adjusted. Both my sunglasses and every day glasses are very comfortable.

I wish I could give 2 ratings.
5 stars - for the staff (polite and helpful) and eye testing (fast).
0 stars - for getting glasses re-lensed and flexibility related to this; I cannot get my glasses adjusted here (I had 3 pairs too!).
Staff are very nice and efficient regardless of the rest of my review and my check in and eye tests were well conducted.
The problem in more detail:
They do not have licenses to do anything apart from what they stock, so go to Boots instead, who seem to be able put lenses in to a most makes of glasses. (Vision Express are not bad for re-lensing, but do lack some licence). This is a big sales/marketing mistake on Specsavers behalf. They have lost both my partner and myself as customers completely, as we don't want to have eye tests and re-lensing in separate places if we can help it. I guess it all depends on who their target customers are, but it is not us.

A massive thank you to the home visit team! They were amazing and made my experience calm and comfortable! The kind gentlemen created a makeshift mini specsavers in my tiny little town house and I?m delighted to say I am enjoying my new glasses! I now know that I have an accessible way of getting my eyes tested as someone who is disabled. They also even spotted something in one of my eyes and have referred me. Again, thank you!:)

I am an existing costumer and for each appointment the team are so welcoming , knowledgeable, professional and attentive. The eye test was thorough , followed by other members of them team assisting even in choosing the right frames . Again always ensuring , they go through options and guiding me to choose the best for the shape of my face . At Spec Savers everyone genuinely cares and each customer leaves with the best service .
