the all day breakfast was ok but butter tasted like it was frozen with meat and was not edible and wait 20 minutes for more butter and then told me they only do vegan butter, my friend also ordered a steak and it was overcooked and burnt and was unable to eat it, another friend had the bacon and chicken wrap and did not get any bacon and other friend ordered loads nachos and was nothing like the photo what was shown and only had a handful of cheese. asked if we could get something done for it and got no help. do not recommend

Great bottom brunch Mama mia style. Our waitress Maddie was brilliant and kept us topped up with drinks all night. She was really friendly and we even got props!! Jess did a great job on the drinks too. Defo worth the money!

Choose 2 things off the bottomless brunch menu and told not available at 1.25pm find that strange when a party of 12 had booked in advance. Drinks were OK but towards the end Apreol Spritz tasted more like lemonade than prosecco. Disappointed with menu not being fully available.

Came to bottomless brunch with a total of 8 of us and we couldn?t have been more welcome and tended to! Our servers Jess and Kay were absolutely incredible and very attentive, made the entire experience, they answered all questions we had, changed things to make our experience more enjoyable and were friendly and energetic.

We popped into have a celebration drink lunchtime. We had some nachos, first lot the avo was brown, they change saying the avo was just ripe. There were still some brown bits, not smashed. Cheese tasted like sick. The staff member asked us how it was, and when I said it was the worst nachos we ever had, I was thrown daggers he walked off and slamed the door. Such poor service. Not going to the Slug & Lettuce again for food.

Showed up for a bottomless brunch booking for Christmas with my friends, was asked to show ID (totally fine) - but server then took my ID, came back and said she and the manager had looked and "it is fake ID" (it's not) and refused to give it back to me because they were 100% convinced its fake, despite having the silver sticker on it and being totally valid UK ID with my photo, D.O.B. and name on it. We ended up leaving, frustrating that not only were our plans ruined but I now have no ID for the holiday season AND have to buy a new one because they claim mine was fake.
