The staff at this shop is clueless. I?ve purchased titan vacuum cleaner from this store and went back to buy some spare bags for it. The manager didn?t have clue what I need. After few minutes I had to help him to find the item. Also purchased the item online just to find out that I need my card and pin to pick up the item. Buying online and picking it up from store takes more time than going to the shop and buying it in fist place.

Service here has gone to the dogs. Served by a young lady on the plumbfix counter called Sian who is the rudest most miserable person I've ever had to deal with at this store. Don't expect to be treated like royalty but when you are spending money daily a smile or a thank you wouldnt go amiss. I always say please and thank you and speak in a nice tone to them. Wont bother using this place anymore
