Fantastic shoe-shopping experience last week. My daughter and I were looked after by Paris and Chase, who couldn?t have been more helpful. Competitive prices (the Birkenstocks were cheaper than on the Birkenstocks website) and they had the very latest Converse range that my daughter was looking for. Best shoe shop in Colchester with great staff. 10/10.

I went into the Colchester store today to find my little girl some trainers. Daniel & Aaron were amazing with her. So, so patient and made it so much easier - gave her star stickers and interacted with her and saved us a meltdown!! So pleased with our experience, they were fab ?

Went in today completely overwhelmed needed some everyday shoes and I got help from I think her name was Ellie she said she was newish to the job absolutely lovely person went above and beyond to help me find some shoes that would suit my needs honestly a credit to the store was a great experience overall

Despite it being very busy, the staff were quick, helpful and friendly. We got what we wanted quickly.Shame some of the back to school shoppers had lost their manners - the shop was busy but the staff were getting around everyone as quickly as possible.
