Went in for gait analysis because I?ve had a foot problem. I was observed running and was given very helpful advice - my existing running shoes are fine but some more supportive inner soles recommended. Will give them a try tomorrow but I respected that they didn?t just jump to trying to sell me new and expensive footwear when I didn?t need to change. Will be very happy to recommend and come back next time.

Was recommended these guys by a good friend who is a big runner. Great service and facilities, they record you run and analyse what trainers you need depending how you run. Trainers I was recommended (KAHRU) have been brilliant and support my ankle which I needed. Fully recommend this place for service and products.

Visited this shop the day before running a 10K race and explained that I had been in agony because of my knee when I went running. The guy was very helpful and explained what could have been causing my issue. I then found a pair or running trainers and despite having knee pain the day before running this race, I had absolutely no knee pain and was able to run the entire race with the new trainers i had bought. Incredibly helpful and have now stopped the absolute agony I was in when I was running before. Can?t thank them enough!

Fantastic, got my gait analysed and a new pair of New Balance shoes. As a new runner it?s fantastic to have a local place to give some expert advice instead of relying on the internet.
