The staff are so friendly,caring and helpful my dog is quite nervous when I arrive but they seem to calm he down so easily

My partner called after finding what looked like a snake in our living room. The woman who answered was nice and told him to email pictures but they must have misunderstood each other as the email address turned out to be wrong.
