Very very disappointed that head office decided that we can self serve! Only 2 served tills open. I waited 20 minutes to spend my £90! In turn do not employ more staff they gain profit. Bosses of primark be ashamed, I spend my salary elsewhere. Hopefully your profits will go down as others do the same!
