What a waste of time! The Royal Mail website states this is open until 11pm, but it most certainly isn?t. Don?t bother.

why does it say post office open late if it was closed at 8pm? I took a bus to get here and it was closed! Now having to walk an hour home

Post office not actually open on Saturday afternoon even though says 11pm online. The side bit at the tills doesn't count.

Extremely rude staff. I have no idea why these women are still employed in a customer facing role. Very patronising, argumentative and disrespectful. I had very bad experience on 2 occasions before but my third one was the worst. The woman who served me, not only had no intention of trying to stop another customer raising his voice at me, trying to ridicule me and swearing but encouraged him to continue with his verbal abuse. After her encouragment the situation escalated and made me fear for my safety. I will not be back to this awful place again.

I'm not sure where the bad reviews come from on here; I've just used this post office ID verification service here, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The lady who served me was kind, courteous and extremely helpful.
