Better standard quality of fish and rodents on sale in the last few years, but they still sell items that aren't proven to be safe or fit the recommendations for individual animals. Before buying anything please do your own research on the products that are recommended.

Took my stepdads cat here for a monthly pain management injection. The staff are very helpful and understanding as my dad's cat is 19yrs old. They have a small waiting area for cats and small animals and a separate area for dogs. Was a bit load last time I went with a dog barking but luckily it didn't worry Bella. Parking is good and never a problem and there is an Aldi next door should you need something to eat or drink.

Very well stocked and was able to buy the biscuits I needed for my dog and my daughter and I spoilt both our dogs with some chews. I'd gone in to buy an outside lead which again they had numerous lengths in stock.

I was able to buy the food that my cats eat. And I also bought a few of their favourite treats as they were on offer. The staff were friendly, and there was plenty of parking spaces.

It's a most all you what for your pets

It's a quite convenient location for the many estates that side of Colchester. It has ample free parking spaces and handy for collection of online orders, too.
The staff are by and large helpful and knowledgeable too.
