I was about to order some Iams kitten food from an online retailer when I saw this company had much better prices and was local to myself we took a trip down. Staff are lovely! They had part of what we needed and very kindly put the other bits on order for us very easy to navigate store. Lots of choice. Great prices. Great staff! We look forward to becoming regular customers”

“Lots of products for dogs which is great staff are very knowledgeable, limited selection for cats but they have a large selection of cat food and litter just not health care and other items like bowls, litter trays ect, but they are amazingly priced on the essential items you will go out and get time and time again and the pet club is great and consistently saves me money on pet food”

“Took my stepdads cat here for a monthly pain management injection. The staff are very helpful and understanding as my dad's cat is 19yrs old. They have a small waiting area for cats and small animals and a separate area for dogs. Was a bit load last time I went with a dog barking but luckily it didn't worry Bella. Parking is good and never a problem and there is an Aldi next door should you need something to eat or drink.”

“I visited bird plus today and ended up going home with a kakariki after spending almost an hour talking to the guy and deciding between a kakariki and a cockatiel. Lovely man, very helpful, also included some millet and the swing from the bird enclosure that he seemed quite attached too. My new kakaraki is now settling in to his new massive cage. There were lots of lovely birds to choose from as well as feed and cage accessories. Would definitely recommend a visit”
