All non-essential retail can reopen from April 12th. We now must assess whether it is safe and practical for us to reopen.
We feel the best way to continue trading is as we are now, online only.
Several members of our team are considered vulnerable, and almost all of us are yet to be vaccinated. We will return to an appointment system when we feel it is safe for us to do so.
Another issue is that nitro finishes react badly with antibac wipes & sprays, causing damage & making it difficult to disinfect. This would require us to quarantine guitars after appointments and temporarily remove them from our website. This would cause issues with our online visibility, which is something we’re working to improve in these tough trading times.
