Pizza was over half an hour late even though I ordered 4 hours in advance. Staff were rude when I called and told me "you should order on collection then" always loved papa John's more but think I'll be changing to dominos after tonight's mess.

The food was cold, soggy and lacking in flavour. I ordered the pizza thin & crispy but the bottom was not cooked and I had to put it in the oven when it arrived to re-heat / make it crispy. Toppings were also fairly sparse with very little cheese especially on the garden pizza. Have had better pizza at the Curzon cinema.
