I run after work in town to buy a gift for my sister. I was at 17:10 in front of the shop and they closed the door exactly that time and told me the store is closed. Why it says it close at 17:30 when in reality this is not the situation?

I went into the Colchester store on Saturday with my daughter. The sales person, Anna, went above and beyond for us nothing was too much trouble. Even filled in a wish list for us so that we knew sizes etc instead of trying to remember! Thanks for your help.

My boyfriend brought me a little promise ring, staff were friendly, had to go back to change the size the first time and then the second time I had to go back because the little stones fell out. The woman who changed it was so lovely and kind there was no problem with helping us out.

A beautiful shop and the assistant that served me was most helpful and pleasant I believe her name was Nicola or Nicole who found time to chat and didn't rush me with what I wanted and bought. Will shop in the store again without a doubt.

A great little store with a good range of products. There are bigger stores. However, this has most vases covered.Location is great with a selection of other stores to browse in the vicinity.Staff are always upbeat and friendly, too.Only lost a star due to Pandora prices being high for the materials used
