I will never return to this shop again Hanna and the manager Lyn have no professionalism I made a complain directly to the head offices of one stop ensuring the encounter I had with them never happens to me again or anyone else. Complete racists ! Both of them don?t know how to handle or deal with costumers encounters absolutely disgusting

Normally friendly staff serve you with a smile - generally low prices, especially when compared to the local Co-op ! Only problem can be they lock up for 10mins about 1/2 hour before closing & very occasionally shut a few minutes early... Other than that, no real grumbles. Happy shopping!

Stopped using the GREENSTEAD shop a couple of years ago, the advertised closing time is now 10pm but guaranteed if you turn up at 9.40 it will be closed so that the staff can clean and restock the shelves then reopen at 9.55 so that the staff can all leave at 10.00

Used their service on Just Eat to buy some groceries for my sister who had run out of food. Made the mistake of telling them I had ordered for her, as I live a long distance away. Not only was the guy rude, when the order showed up at her house, more than half of the £13 order was missing. For that much to missing off such a small order, it was deliberate or catastrophically lazy.I am so angry. I had to then order her a takeaway, because the grocery shops had shut. Disgusting service. Horrible shop. Don't use.

Usually really nice in there but the blonde lady with the curley hair who works Saturday mornings doesn't like black people so it kind of ruined my shopping experience as a black person. Rest of the staff are nice tho

Rude as usual. constantly giving the wrong cigarette brand when you have clearly asked, asking for ID when I'm 30+ and clearly look it every time... do your job properly.... don't blame us because you don't look or listen...
