There?s a blonde girl who works in this shop who?s always incredibly rude. Has belittled me and made me feel small infront of her colleagues many times so I?ve tried to avoid shopping here. Went in today as I didn?t have time to shop elsewhere, felt anxious as saw she was working. Asked if they had baskets to be LAUGHED at and told to open my eyes and if I don?t see them they obviously don?t have them. Then was standing at the self service and needed help with something and she deliberately ignored me 3 times!! When I asked for help. In the end one of her colleagues ended up helping and actually apologised on her behalf!! One stop need to hire better staff. Disgusted

Waited 45 minutes for a bottle of Bacardi to be dropped off then they cancelled the order at 10.15 in the evening without explanation when all other shops were not accepting orders.. disgusting service..

Not a great convenience store. Poor selection, awful hygiene, very loud sweary staff. Prefer going a bit further up the road to the continental shops with better selections.

Called and spoke to a young lady about iphone headphones. Told me the price and all okay.
Not long later my partner drove to the store himself (not around the corner). He called me and said they have none.
When i called the store... (same voice i spoke to maybe an hour before)... I asked 'Oh remember when we spoke earlier in detail about headphone.'
She replied 'Oh yeah!'.. I complained because when i said my partner had arrived and nothing in store and i had spoken to her recently, her response was 'Oh, it wasn't me you spoke to'.
Avoid.

Tracy is a rude member of staff to customers. Several weeks ago I went in there to ask a question about a parcel, and she bit my head off as she was busy. Had a headset on her head and openly complained about her colleague infront of the customers. I decided not to write anything at the time because I thought she was having a bad day. However, today I have returned and thought I?d give her a chance to redeem herself but yet again she was rude to me when I asked another question. Patronised me and I just asked her a simple question. I?ve worked in retail myself for several years and would NEVER speak to a customer or complain about my colleagues to customers the way she did. Such a shame I won?t be returning again to One Stop.

Convent to pick up essentials. Can be expensive. But does have some great deals on toilet rolls and alcohol. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Approachable staff, especially Beth! I noticed there was 2 people trying to get into the shop when I visited but they didn't realise the door was closed and the one next to it opens, it's as if they were running on their last 2 brain cells.

Very good local shop, I used daily to get everyday food. One staff in particular I like is Beth she is always happy to help and so polite and welcoming. Also give time to her customers???

I use this shop regularly and never had bad service in four years !Stock problems are mainly due to the current state of this country !But when I move I will miss this shop!5 stars all the way !

90% of the time this shop is great. Very rarely they've had issues with stock flow that's meant I've not been able to get what I want for several days in a row but those times is the exception. The queue lanes to pay are set up in such a way that you could conceivably not realise that there's two lanes to pay until you almost cut in front of someone, however this has never really been an issue and other customers in this area are generally a nice bunch.

Getting really frustrating how often you can't take Hermes packages, just get a ton of the receipt books in stock and problem solved! Wouldn't mind so much if all the staff were on the same page, but some will take them without a receipt and some refuse, truth is the receipt goes straight in the bin outside anyway as the first scan means they are in the Hermes network. Either offer it as a service or don't.

Ordered via Deliveroo, there are missing items a couple times now, kind of defeats the convenience of ordering as I now have to wait for a refund etc.
