We went to the O2 shop in Colchester to sort my problem out , which they done efficiently and quickly, then they sorted my wife's fone out , with the same efficiency , thanks to Kerry who is helpful and polite, and did not try to sell us anything we didn't want , so if you want good service and helpful staff go there without doubt

Worst store eva. Iv been repeatedly harrassed and abused by most the staff. They over charge people up to 180 pounds and when ask for info to talk go management they refuse and kick you out and are very aggressive. Iv even heard and seen them abused a young disabled girl because her disabilities and speak problems -10 MINUS/10

A refreshing purchase experience from this store. The sales person did not try to upsale or encourage me to buy an alternative. Instead she helped me upgrade my phone to one of my choice with the same pay as you go package. She took time to explain how the new phone worked compared to my old model and even assisted the transfer of numbers and personal information from the old to new handset. Excellent customer service, support and knowledge from a friendly, helpful representative. A fresh new approach from O2, very impressive.

Went in store to sort out my phone contract with my assistance dog one the staff member was very horriable to me and my other half about my assistance dog and made us lieve. Cause my girlfriend to have an anxiety attack
