Portion sizes very dissimilar - one dish almost triple the size of another dish, yet costing the same. Cold food - food got cold just 5 minutes after being served making it unappealing to finish. Bad service - waiting staff asking if everything was OK just 30 seconds into beginning the meal. Used to be good, but has seemingly gone downhill.

Food was good. Found some of the sauces were a lil too sweet but the staff was great.. it's really a great place. Food comes out real quick too

We found the service to be attentive.
All the food was pleasant, however, nothing was anything more than a good Chinese takeaway. Perhaps, we had set our expectations too high.

Food overall was good but a little bit too sweet. Pho is not what I expected, it?s more fushion style than authentic. Roast duck was great, crispy.

Food was amazing as always and as a regular to this restaurant tonight was particularly disappointing as I was out celebrating a birthday. After enjoying a delicious starter and main we asked to see the dessert menu where we was told (our booking 17:45 - 19:30) they needed our table back at 7pm (time was 19:02) we was promptly given the bill and a card reader arrived before our party could even check the total bill it was very unprofessional and quite frankly we will have to reconsider if we shall be returning.

As always dishes spot on. Unusually are in the restaurant and was surprised the mains for 3 of arrived over a 5-10 minute spaced period slightly soured taste, metaphorically remembering.

If you have ever eaten Asian food - don?t eat here. Average to the tenth power. Egg fried rice that was just boiled rice with egg stirred into it. Waiters that literally plonk the plates on the table.
Food was fine to eat when you are hungry and the restaurant is clean and pretty - but if you are looking for a gastronomic experience, don?t come here.

My wife and I like most have been coming here for nearly 15 years, we used them during the pandemic and have always supported them. However the last two times we have visited the food has been sub par and the service has been terrible. My wife then visited this evening with a friend and was subjected to an awful experience by the owner. My wife, who is 17 weeks pregnant, asked for alcohol free rose lemonade with her food, and clarified twice that?s what she wanted with the lady serving her, but was served alcohol. As you can imagine, drinking it and then being told it was alcoholic when the bill came was quite a shock and upsetting. She asked to speak to the owner who then reacted in an incredibly petty, condescending way, saying my wife was at fault for not checking her drink was alcoholic, even though she checked multiple times. He put the blame on her for not knowing the difference and shunned her out the door once she paid her bill. My wife left distraught.
We will not return to this place again, and I hope the owner reads this and is ashamed of the way he handled the situation.

We ordered for a birthday dinner as all previous food has been great However the food when arrived was cold and noticed a reduction in meat/prawn content since our last meal. Reported this to Uber and was given a measly £1.29 to spend on another delivery. Poor response!!

Gorgeous place to eat at, very friendly staff who were all attentive. Our food arrived in a speedy time and most of the food was delicious!
